The food style is predominantly modern British with influences from the continent. Everything is prepared on site, from bread to black pudding. Fish and shellfish are delivered daily from the coast and meat is sourced locally where possible. Many of the dishes feature ingredients such as different varieties of wild mushroom and herbs that are foraged from the local area by the chefs and staff.
Menu items range from traditional bar snacks & pub fare to a full ‘a la carte’ menu which combines classic dishes and modern cooking techniques. Our menus change - please see sample menu's below.
We have a variety of homemade snacks served from the bar such as scotch eggs, sausage rolls & crispy pigs ears.
